Can you tell us what in particular about the platform that you found tricky, so that we can perhaps help our customers in future with this? Are you referring to the Plesk Control panel, or another platform?

The hosting team has been fairly responsive to most of my calls, but the response seems to vary by individual. Rickie has provided an average service (did not really handle my request for email set up well) while Matt has been excellent. I also asked the hosting team for information on your Agency service, as I am considering website redevelopment. They put me over to Emily. It has been extremely frustrating dealing with this side of your business. Communication from NuBlue has been unclear and has not answered the basic questions I've asked.

Their server support team are very helpful with any problems and assisted me with a domain transfer. Thanks to them it went smoothly.

In general I have found Nublue to be absolutely excellent in that they are reliable, approachable (by that I mean contactable) and what they offer in terms of shared hosting to be very competitive. They did lose a star though as I had an initial concern about the PHP settings post_max_size and upload_max_filesize which I felt were set a little low at 8m. They led me to believe that this would very soon be increased across the board to something I felt gave my customers a little more headroom. So rather than go with someone else (this was at the time of the Heart Internet crash) I plumped for them. Alas three months later this is still only at 8m. None of my customers have (as far as I know) been caught out by this glass ceiling as yet but if they are, I shall not be best pleased. Really its a question of trust and in this, and only this, have Nublue left a question mark hanging.
