Cheap for the first couple of years, then much more expensive. Emails take ages to arrive too, often meaning one-time-passwords have expired.

Very disappointed, Wouldn't recommend this company unless you are a developer or expert in this field as they do not communicate, monitor or advice until you hit a problem and contact them. Been with Nublue for over 12 months paying for a hosting package that is not suitable for our website.

Very Poor indeed. Shocking in fact. Our web site went down in the early hours of Sunday morning.(2am) I didn't know about this until a regular customer emailed me directly- how unprofessional. During this time, NuBlue didn't have a clue that we were down and didn't respond to any of my following urgent emails which I sent every hour. The reason they didn't inform us or respond is because they don't have anyone in customer service at weekends. Instead of being with my family, I spent my Sunday evening trying to find an emergency number on their web site - there isn't one. Rather than phone us on Monday morning to apologies and try and rectify the situation, Luke Rosser (Team Leader) just confirmed at 10am via email that in fact that they 'do not receive an email when the site is down.' and at weekends they 'only provide limited email support'. Therefore it was 'not picked up.' So basically, as a client to NuBlue your fine as long as you don't trade on line at weekends! They are not for anyone doing serious numbers and if he worked for me I would suggest a customers service course.

Dear Richard, First of all, as we've explained through our email correspondence with yourself from Monday onwards we're sorry for the experience you had. As we've explained you were not a registered contact on the account and the 24/7 emergency contact details for the managed service had been provided to the other contacts at the beginning of the account as a matter of course - we don't offer these details on the site for obvious reasons. You have since been authorised as a contact on the account and provided with these details by ourselves. The issue occurred due to a setting within your control panel, which is not set by default, causing the site to be suspended. We monitor the server and major services (apache, mysql, etc) but no, we don't monitor every site on our servers. As every service was running without issue and we had no contact through the 24/7 emergency number - as our email support hours are 9-5 at weekends - we were not aware of any issues you were having until the following morning. If there are any similar issues again, now that you have the 24/7 out of hours contact details you will either be able to contact us for assistance or contact one of your colleagues to do so. We do take every issue seriously and are sorry for your troubles, and hope you understand the reasons we were unaware of your issue until the morning! Kind Regards The NuBlue Team
