“Throughout my time using NuBlue for our Hosting, there service and customer support has been exceptional! I would definately recommend them to anyone, the only reason we have changed is because we are hosting directly through our web developers whom still us NuBlue!”

“It's Sunday, I didn't really expect a reply to my support request today, especially as it's not urgent but more a "how to" question. However I have just received a detailed email from Graham giving me all the information I need and also some links. Excellent support, great company.”

“They are fantastic. Not the cheapest plans out there, but you get what you pay for - they regularly go beyond their remit and respond to requests rapidly. As a small company, it would be difficult to ever contemplate leaving behind this level of service.”

“Pearl Magpie has been a client of NuBlue for many years and as non 'techies' we have had to call for help far too often (not the fault of NuBlue, rather our platform "Magento") we are always greeted with a friendly response and amazing service. What other Hosting companies can you call 0800 and speak to a friendly, local human-being, based in UK, virtually any time? Their 'proactive' service is second to non and with the recent explosion of security patches for Magento their intervention to fix our websites is worthy of the highest praise and gratitude.
