“In terms of getting to grips with the Plesk system, it became apparent i needed a lot of help and Cerwyn Gilasby was certainly a great person to help me out. Calm, collected, knowledgable and professional are the best qualities i would use to describe Cerwyn's help. Especially, when after an already 2 and a half hour conversation to resolve issues, a second time Cerwyn was unfortunate to get me for more questions and problems. Cerwyn was amazing - i can definatley say this person is without a doubt one of the best people i have delt with - certainly deserves a commendation.”
