We are sorry to be leaving NuBlue. The only reason for this is that our new site is custom built and the creators insist it is hosted on their own servers so they can manage it. NuBlue have been faultless in their service since we hosted with them several years ago. They have gone to considerable lengths to solve any issue we have had and have generally responded within minutes of contacting them. We couldn't wish for better support and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Luke, Graham, Raoul, Richard and Tim for their patience and expertise! I have been moving my various sites to Nublue as they come up for renewal. It's just so reassuring that if there are any problems there is always an immediate (and patient!) response.

I have been struggling with a company to bring about 50 domains and 100+ e-mails, I have been stressing over it as the customer is very impatient, On many occassions i have had to turn to Nublue for help and they have provided very helpful in formation. A special mention to Raoul as (unfortunately for him, was assigned to help me on almost every ocassion,) he has been incredibly helpful, he is always informative and happy to suggest new ideas and helps be my second thought process to solve issues or concerns - a real credit to the company!

Whenever there are issues NuBlue give us prompt and complete information and guidance on what we should do - if anything; they keep us informed about their progress in fixing problems. The support team is competent, helpful and very responsive.

In terms of getting to grips with the Plesk system, it became apparent i needed a lot of help and Cerwyn Gilasby was certainly a great person to help me out. Calm, collected, knowledgable and professional are the best qualities i would use to describe Cerwyn's help. Especially, when after an already 2 and a half hour conversation to resolve issues, a second time Cerwyn was unfortunate to get me for more questions and problems. Cerwyn was amazing - i can definatley say this person is without a doubt one of the best people i have delt with - certainly deserves a commendation.
