“I'm really impressed with NuBlue. Transfer of my website wasn't made easy by the my previous hosting supplier but the guys at NuBlue did a lot to help iron out the problems. I have since bought and had an SSL certificate installed to my website which proved easy and really useful website security advice was provided after a website hosting audit which I wasn't expecting. All in all I feel NuBlue is good value for money and the support guys really helpful.”

“After using a variety of different hosting providers over the years, I've now been with NuBlue since 2009 and host a variety of different sites with them. They are hands down the best hosting provider I've ever used and the support is top notch. If you're thinking of using NuBlue as a hosting provider you won't be disappointed. “In general I have found Nublue to be absolutely excellent in that they are reliable, approachable (by that I mean contactable) and what they offer in terms of shared hosting to be very competitive. They did lose a star though as I had an initial concern about the PHP settings post_max_size and upload_max_filesize which I felt were set a little low at 8m. They led me to believe that this would very soon be increased across the board to something I felt gave my customers a little more headroom. So rather than go with someone else (this was at the time of the Heart Internet crash) I plumped for them. Alas three months later this is still only at 8m. None of my customers have (as far as I know) been caught out by this glass ceiling as yet but if they are, I shall not be best pleased. Really its a question of trust and in this, and only this, have Nublue left a question mark hanging.”

“I'm really really really impressed with Nublue. I've been with them for two years and they have consistently shown the human side to what can feel a very cold and techy business. At a few points I was using too much bandwidth, and rather than simply charging me, they made helpful suggestions of how to reduce this and gave me plenty of grace to sort it out. Then recently, my annual subscription was taken even though I had written a post on the site saying I was going to be halting blogging – I have of course forgotten to serve the months notice required to Nublue. They took pity on me, suggested refunding all but one month of the year's subscription fee and then gave me a month to get my site ported over to Wordpress.com. A kind company and a helpful one at that. Would highly recommend.”
