NuBlue hosting is not only flexible and affordable but, perhaps almost more importantly, their customer support is, unquestionably, second to none! Their endless knowledge has been a huge help to us, particularly in regards to our ecommerce site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We here at eurofitdirect.co.uk have a VPS server from Nublue which we've had for around 3 years now, The service has always been first class with any problems and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Started off well, but the company and employees seem more bothered about expensive invoices and costings rather than establishing any kind of relationship. We have since spent tens of thousands elsewhere, with a firm that wants a working relationship rather than just asking to be paid every 5 seconds.

Hands down the best hosting provider I have ever used. Real people on the end of the phone when you need them. Fast response to every enquiry I have sent. UK based hosting and personnel. They aren't the cheapest but in my experience they are the best.

I recently launched a startup business selling upcycled furniture, and on a friends advice I signed up with NuBlue for my domain name registration. The whole process was really quick and they helped me point it at my web shop. I've had to contact support a few times to get my email working on my phone and every time they have been brilliant. I bought NuBlue hosting for my blog. I haven't finished setting that up yet but have been using the email functionality in my account since day one and it's been flawless. I'm an android phone user. I've recommended NuBlue to my brother for his business. I know he's really happy with the support he's been given too.

I can see the support for Nublue getting worse by the month. I was very happy with the support at the beginning - 4 years ago now. But as with everything, as they have got bigger, the support is getting poorer. My recent support issue was getting answered by a script rather than someone actually bothering to look at my email. I had an issue with sending emails. Rather than look into it, their first answer was that it must be my problem on my computer. This now seems to be there stock answer for most problems as this obviously saves them time and effort. The only time someone looked at this problem the way I wanted them to look at it was when I officially complained. This now seems to be the only way to get someone who knows what they are doing to get to look at your problem in detail. My service will probably be worse than ever after this review - but hey how I will just have to live with it. Bhavin Patel Director www.dermacaredirect.co.uk

I have dealt with numerous web hosts over the past twelve years, Nublue are by far the most helpful, professional and enthusiastic. I would not dream of using another company.

Good solid hosting and a knowledgeable, helpful support team who are usually also fairly quick to respond. Our only real issue is the cost of their solutions- we're paying approximately twice as much through them as we do for a hosting package with another provider who actually provide much more space and bandwidth- so we have to be quite careful with the amount of space and bandwidth we give clients of ours through NuBlue as a result. That said, the servers appear to be pretty fast and the hosting is reliable. It's a shame they're so expensive.

Everything is fine. We have been very happy with the service Because I am not in the least bit technical, I find the updates difficult to keep up with. Have you got a solution, does this happen with other people?

Have had to contact support a few times but every time they have been polite, helpful, and have solved the problem I was having - definitely recommended :)
