Support from NuBlue is always second-to-none. The times we have had to contact them have always been weekends, evenings or public holidays and, even then, their responses and resolutions have been quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I honestly cannot recommend these guys enough!

Hate to say it in case they get just too popular and busy, but they are still as good as ever. Just got a reply to a support query on Sunday morning!!

Very Poor indeed. Shocking in fact. Our web site went down in the early hours of Sunday morning.(2am) I didn't know about this until a regular customer emailed me directly- how unprofessional. During this time, NuBlue didn't have a clue that we were down and didn't respond to any of my following urgent emails which I sent every hour. The reason they didn't inform us or respond is because they don't have anyone in customer service at weekends. Instead of being with my family, I spent my Sunday evening trying to find an emergency number on their web site - there isn't one. Rather than phone us on Monday morning to apologies and try and rectify the situation, Luke Rosser (Team Leader) just confirmed at 10am via email that in fact that they 'do not receive an email when the site is down.' and at weekends they 'only provide limited email support'. Therefore it was 'not picked up.' So basically, as a client to NuBlue your fine as long as you don't trade on line at weekends! They are not for anyone doing serious numbers and if he worked for me I would suggest a customers service course.

Dear Richard, First of all, as we've explained through our email correspondence with yourself from Monday onwards we're sorry for the experience you had. As we've explained you were not a registered contact on the account and the 24/7 emergency contact details for the managed service had been provided to the other contacts at the beginning of the account as a matter of course - we don't offer these details on the site for obvious reasons. You have since been authorised as a contact on the account and provided with these details by ourselves. The issue occurred due to a setting within your control panel, which is not set by default, causing the site to be suspended. We monitor the server and major services (apache, mysql, etc) but no, we don't monitor every site on our servers. As every service was running without issue and we had no contact through the 24/7 emergency number - as our email support hours are 9-5 at weekends - we were not aware of any issues you were having until the following morning. If there are any similar issues again, now that you have the 24/7 out of hours contact details you will either be able to contact us for assistance or contact one of your colleagues to do so. We do take every issue seriously and are sorry for your troubles, and hope you understand the reasons we were unaware of your issue until the morning! Kind Regards The NuBlue Team

NuBlue were really helpful when we upgraded servers for one of our websites. Their online support and email assistance was exceptional and they walked us through a few tasks we didn't know how to do. Not sure how we'd have done it without them!

Support team very quick and speak to you like a human being, (I shouldn't have to write that but needed to mention it). The new control panel was much needed, I'd recommend (and buy) again.

The service was fantastic from the word go. I have already been with NUblue for over a year and i have just had my second website hosted today by NUblue. The service from Luke & Graham was fantastic as always and all queries were dealt with promptly. A pleasure to know that i am in save hands.

Extremely happy with a seamless move to a new VPS. All potential problems during the move were sorted without fuss by NuBlue, and my ecommerce site didn't miss a single sale. Without doubt the simplest server move I've ever been involved with.

Our Jewellery store uses a Magento platform that is hosted by NuBlue. We have enjoyed years of the very best customer service imaginable. Many issues crop up that are annoying irritants to non techies and the guys at support have never let us down, going out of their way to help. To be able to call a support number and speak to a polite, knowledgable and calm person is worth any premium in hosting fees but NuBlue Support department is reasonable and number 1 for us... Nothing was ever too much for NuBlue, whether it be answering questions to helping put my mistakes right. Would have stayed with them forever more but decided to close the business.

Brilliant company. I am almost loathe to leave a review in case everyone flocks to them! I have used lots of hosting companies, from the very very bad, to the very good and I have absolutely no illusions about the problems that can happen with a hosting company with no phone number, and no interest in their customers. Luckily Nublue are at the other extreme. They always reply quickly to any queries, are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and a real pleasure to work with. I have had a reseller account with them for some time now and have never been let down, the opposite in fact. Really great host Kathy M

Been with them for 3 years hosting a magento and wordpress site, plus email for 2 domains. Really impressed with support and overall service. I've always found that i'm dealing with knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful people.

Nublue have provided us with Magento VPS hosting for over 3 year, and we've always found them to be excellent. Their customer service is outstanding, and they are very quick to respond to questions. They are Magento experts and have always been happy to give us advice on configuring and running our store, which goes way beyond what you'd normally expect from a hosting provider.
