“I was shocked at the support on offer from Nublue. It is so good. I migrated my site to Nublue from my previous host. There were no technical issues or problems during the migration but there were a few minor issues that I was unsure of, not being technically minded. Nublue's support staff treated what I assumed were trivial concerns with urgency and efficiency explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. They even rang me to make sure I was happy with the solutions they offered. This is support and customer service at its best”

“Ive used numerous hosting companies over the years and NuBlue are now my go to host. Excellent, helpful UK based support backed up by online chat, they go the extra mile with their support and never had any reliability issues. They proactively apply server updates and i dont think ive ever seen a server down. I heartily recommend NuBlue to my clients for their hosting - their generous affiliate scheme is also worth checking out! Keep up the good work chaps!”

“We are sorry to be leaving NuBlue. The only reason for this is that our new site is custom built and the creators insist it is hosted on their own servers so they can manage it. NuBlue have been faultless in their service since we hosted with them several years ago. They have gone to considerable lengths to solve any issue we have had and have generally responded within minutes of contacting them. We couldn't wish for better support and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Special thanks to Luke, Graham, Raoul, Richard and Tim for their patience and expertise! “I have been struggling with a company to bring about 50 domains and 100+ e-mails, I have been stressing over it as the customer is very impatient, On many occassions i have had to turn to Nublue for help and they have provided very helpful in formation. A special mention to Raoul as (unfortunately for him, was assigned to help me on almost every ocassion,) he has been incredibly helpful, he is always informative and happy to suggest new ideas and helps be my second thought process to solve issues or concerns - a real credit to the company!”
