“We have always received outstanding support, quick responses and from very knowledgeable staff. Our dedicated server is currently running Magento CE 1.9, and has been up and running for several years without mishap. I can't find the words to recommend the service and the staff at Nublue highly enough, well done chaps and thanks! J.B.”

“Today I called Nublue hosting team with an issue of speed on my site, they made some initial suggestions which I tried but it didn't work. They continued all to day to resolve the problem and found a little problem with a rogue image link which was causing the problem, and sorted it out for me, bring my website back to full speed. The teams patience and quick responses really made an issuing issue easy to deal with. Big thanks to the team, I couldn't have done it without you! Excellent service and advise when I needed it. “Having taken over the day-to-day maintenance of the website from someone who actually knew what they were doing, I was dreading the SSL Certificate renewal but with the patience of Job and an understanding that they weren't talking to a 'techie', the guys at Nublue steered me to a successfull conclusion with minimal fuss and a modicum of hair loss from yours truly. “Our Jewellery store uses a Magento platform that is hosted by NuBlue. We have enjoyed years of the very best customer service imaginable. Many issues crop up that are annoying irritants to non techies and the guys at support have never let us down, going out of their way to help. To be able to call a support number and speak to a polite, knowledgable and calm person is worth any premium in hosting fees but NuBlue Support department is reasonable and number 1 for us...
