“Only part of my order was available but first part came with a hand-written note explaining the problem and that it was getting sorted. Great personal touch. Customer service is clearly not dead. The paddle boots are also great BTW.”

“I ordered 2 items from NS Watersports.. a thermal & a 40l dry bag rucksack. Both items arrived well packaged & very speedily. Unfortunately the dry bag received was only 20l as it was inside an additional bag which was labelled 40l. When I contacted NS they were very apologetic & shipped out the correct bag the next day. Excellent customer service & definitely recommended.”

Not only were they the only shop that could supply it in the blue colour, but they also managed to despatch it the same day and I received it the following morning carriage free.
