“Very happy with this company. I went to buy a helmet for kite surfing and found the price was the best around but inadvertently selected two and placed the order witout noticing. One quick phone call and they sorted it no problem. Helmet arrived next day well packaged and in good order. I would recommend this company”

“I am a buyer from Malaysia and time difference had make my communication a challenge. However, I am overwhelmed by the amount of support from the team and I was guided well from the beginning till delivery. As we encounter challenges along the way, the effort given by the company made it seamless and of course I am very please with the purchase as the result. Kevin was a gentleman and honor every words. Should deserve more than 5 stars IMO”

“I ordered a bodyboard for my little girl’s Christmas but when it arrived (promptly) it had unfortunately been damaged in transit. However, I emailed the company, and Kevin replied very promptly to say that a replacement would be put in the post that day. It has arrived just 4 days later. Great customer service & what looks like a great bodyboard! Looking forward to seeing my daughter’s smile when she opens it on Christmas morning. Thank you!”

“Quick delivery but ithe item was wrapped in plastic and taped with plastic. This meant it had to be cut off which was worrying and difficult as the item was a ripstop bag.”

HI Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry for the late arrival of your goods, please can you give me some more information so I can look into for you? We have had a couple of late deliveries by Royal mail due to the very high volume of mail going through and a supplier was late in delivering some goods to us, due to a courier losing the box.
