“Purchased a Jobe Yarra paddle board and wetsuit from NS Watersports. Service was outstanding, very knowledgeable and great range of stock. Had a slight fault on the board when opened (no fault of the store) and it was promptly and professionally dealt with. Exchanged without question. Cannot recommend them enough. And to top it off they even price matched the cheapest online price I could find.”

“First time used. Ordered an Ortlieb product which I’m pretty sure is no longer manufactured but wanted that particular colour. Item arrived in good condition (a tiny bit worn looking on one of the folds but nothing of concern that would detract from the waterproof capabilities). Very very quick delivery. In a nutshell, no complaints and will defo use again when needed!!! A first class shopping experience.”

“I sought to purchase a kayak and some equipment from NS Watersports. Payment taken including delivery to NIreland. All went through, but unfortunately got an email back very quickly to say that they can’t deliver to Northern Ireland !! Whilst very disappointed at this and perhaps it could have been clearer I can’t fault NS Watersports for their communication. It was very fast and very apologetic and good customer service even though I never got as far as being a customer. Hopefully delivery to NI can be sorted soon”

“ordered a Yak Kallista Recreational / Touring PFD personnel flotation device on line. It arrived super quick and am over the moon with the pfd. Would defiantly recommend and would make a effort to visit the shop visit the shop next time.”
