“Kevin as NS Watersports was very helpful. Able to get me the only RTM Disco+ kayak I could find in the UK and arrange delivery, which was prompt. Great service I recommend.”

“I would not normally write a review, however I was contacted by the company to post here. I was not entirely happy because my order was delayed - this may have been partly the fault of the courier company, however NSW chose this company and also did not help with the communications. My order was successfully placed without being prompted for a mobile number, it turns out that this is required by their couriers. I was contacted by Kevin the following day (Friday) at 12.24 to request my mobile number. I supplied this at 13.35. The next message I had was at 10.25 the following Monday, to say that the paddles had been dispatched. Bizarrely, the courier had no contact with me, either by email or the supposed vital mobile number. My order ended up being left on the doorstep and was luckily retrieved by my wife before being stolen. I was surprised that I was able to place an order missing vital information. I would have appreciated some contact on Friday afternoon to confirm that my order was still being processed. I was shocked that I had zero communication from the couriers, especially as my order had been delayed due to a lack of mobile number. Having been asked for my opinion, I hope this helps for your future customers.”

“Delivery options were misleading. I selected "24- hour" delivery, expecting that this meant the package would at least be shipped with 24 hours. It is now 6 days since I placed the order and still no word of anything being shipped.”

HI Harry, Many thanks for your order and review and many apologies for the delay in shipping your order. We are incredibly short staffed at the moment, as 2 of the 3 of us are having to self-isloate. My colleague searched the shop again on Saturday to try and find the last 54" pathfinder we are supposed to have but no luck, I have just contacted the supplier and they had a delivery on Friday, they are checking everything is correct today and are hoping to start shipping orders tomorrow or Wednesday. I have asked them to send your paddles directly to you ASAP, to speed the delivery and you to recieve ASAP. Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in these very difficult times as this isn't the service we wish to provide. Please let me know if i can be of any further assistance. “Bought our 1st sup Paddle board,wet suits, shoes and buoyancy aid. Great service. Excellent advice and prices. Just spent a week in The Lake District and my wife loved using the paddle board. Would highly recommend using this Watersports shop.”

HI Michaella, Many thanks for your review any many many apologies for the slight delay in dispatching your item. We had sold out of the 12lt so we had to order the item. The bag has been ordered, and should have arrived on Thursday, but unfortunately the supplier couldn't dispatch as the warehouse had an outbreak of Covid and they had to self-isolate for last week. The bag is being dispatched on Monday and should be with us on Tuesday. We will post as soon as it arrives.
