“Fast delivery. Might be useful to get some advice for buying the right size for the neoprene shoes (I m in between two sizes apparently) but they should be alright.”

“Very prompt and personal service and with a follow up email. Straps arrived from NS direct in good order. Paddles arrived promptly but direct from the supplier, loosely packed in a light cardboard carton with inadequate padding to protect handles and blades. Container was undamaged and intact but one paddle handle had a minor chip and scratch in the varnish . Otherwise all good, thanks.”

“Nice quick delivery of a quality product. Only downside is that the packaging my buoyancy aid arrived in was torn open in the middle but luckily the product was not damaged.”

“Bought an Islander Kayak requiring delivery to the Highlands; an agreement was met regarding courier costs during Covid-19 logistic issues, and Kayak received 10 days later. Honest and efficient service with excellent communications under the circumstances.”

“Good assortment on the web shop. Delivery was 11 days but can be it was stuck at Swedish customs for some days. No email for tracking the parcel so I couldn’t see where it was stuck. But it was delivered and now it’s all fine :-)”

“Very quick turnaround from ordering to delivery. To be honest I would of thought that a brochure or leaflet would of been included so people could see the activities what they could use the voucher for. Thank you”

“Magnificent customer servce. Ordered a pair of paddling boots. Very pleased when they arrived early next day. Unfortunately they were sized totally wrongly which I have since learned is a product issue (Rassler boots) hence can only award 4 Stars. However, when I contacted NorthShore there was absolutely no quibble about return and they immediately offered to re-imburse my postage costs. This reimbursement was received promptly and with no fuss. Despite the wrong sizing issue, I will definitely look to order from them again”
