“Item as described. But ordered on a Monday so next day delivery didn't happen as it failed to mention during the order process that they were closed on a tuesday”

We always try and dispatch goods the same day if possible, but unfortuately you ordered on a Tuesday when the shop is closed and I sincerely apologize as I looked at the wrong address and sent it to your home instead of the office, we now double check every order to try and stop this happening again. “NS had the product I wanted and provided clear advice on the phone over the item and delivery timescales. My only concern here is I was asked to write a review of the service before the goods have arrived. Surely good service would ensure the timing of the request coincides with the delivery of the item, or an I just being naïve? Well - lets hope it arrives safe and sound then.....”
