HI Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry for the late arrival of your goods, please can you give me some more information so I can look into for you? We have had a couple of late deliveries by Royal mail due to the very high volume of mail going through and a supplier was late in delivering some goods to us, due to a courier losing the box. I got the wrong drysuit. Have send a mail to you to get it change.But I did not got any answer. Therefore the rate Very Poor. Unfortunately a bad experience bying Kayakstuff on the Internet.

HI Many thanks for your review and many apologies for sending you the incorrect item and the late response! We have emailed you explaining that we are trying to get hold of the supplier to find out if the original suit is available, as we can't find the one we are suppose to have, as my colleague accidently sent you the 2020 drysuit instead of the clearance 2019 suit. We have offered for you to keep the upgraded suit at no additional cost, but you would prefer the older suit. We tried contacting the supplier on numerous occasions by phone and email but as yet haven't had a response, as they are working on a very reduced staff due to the current situation. We will keep trying and will give you an update, as we would like to get this resolved ASAP. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the service you have received. Best regards, Kevin

ORDER NUMBER 30551 THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST ORDER HOW CAN I GIVE YOU A GOOD REVIEW WHEN YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SENT ME MY ITEM. YOU HAVE NOT ANSWERED MY EMAILS AND YOU DON'T ANSWER YOU PHONE. YOU HAVE MY MONEY YET I DON'T HAVE MY ITEM, I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED TO GET MY MONEY BACK OFF YOU . I SHOULD OF ORDERED OFF THE USUAL PLACE I ORDER FROM (ESCAPE WATERSPORTS) AT LEAST THEY HAVE A GOOD CUSTOM SERVICE UNLIKE NORTHSHORE WATERSPORTS WHO DON'T SEAM TO GIVE A DAM ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY

HI, Many thanks for your review and please can we sincerely apologise for the service you have received. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, the shop had to be temporarily shut down and all the staff had to be furlonged, giving us no access to emails, website etc. It took longer than expected for other staff to gain access, but we did refund and email you as soon as we possibly could, which was at 11pm on a bank holiday! The service and delay was purely down to very unique circumstances for which we had no control over and once again we sincerely apologise. Advertised goods on sale they didnt have, placed an order it didnt arrive, only later was I informed that A, it had not been in stock for weeks and B, they couldnt get it for another 5 weeks or so. This absolutly breaches ebays terms and conditions the shop was advertising on and breaches the supply of goods act 2008. Allthough they refunded it still cost me an extra £90 to get the item from elswhere..

HI Stephen, Many thanks for your review, Firstly please can I sincerely apologise for us not being able to supply the drysuit. As I mentioned before, at the time of ordering we were assured the suit was 100% available, the suit had been allocated to us from the supplier as they were showing the stock and I had been verbally told the suit was available, they closed for the first 2 weeks of Jan for stocktaking, and then couldn't ship anything till the 19th Jan. So I couldn't take delivery. When I chased up the order again, the supplier then informed me the suit wasn't actually available and they had made a stock error. They have 1 more delivery of the suits and this would be the end of Feb, where I would of course honour the price. Please once again accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Placed an order for an item which showed as 'in stock' on website and paid for 24 hr delivery. 48 hrs later received an email that the item is not in stock. Sorry for the one star, but very disappointed. I will avoid in the future.

Smaller than expected, genuinely believed it would come with more than 1 protector, felt it wasn't the greatest value for money as I paid £9.50 that could have been spent better.

arrived late, badly packaged . all contents soaked in liquid. dont answer the phone. dont reply to my email. never give bad review but they leave me no choice. find somewhere else to buy online

HI Rena, Many thanks for your review and I sincerely apologise for the packaging of the goods and delay in getting back to you. It certainly isn't the service we like to give. As I mentioned before it was exceptional personal circumstances for the delay. To be fair you did only give me 24hrs to reply as the shop is closed on a Tuesday when you left a message and emailed on Wednesday and reviewed on Friday. Anyway, thank you for bringing this to our attention, as a result we have changed the way we pack the liquid items to stop this happening again. I have fully refunded your account for the goods.
