“Use a terrible delivery company plus they say no one offers quicker/cheaper delivery to fort William when with a quick Google they do..... Still waiting for my item. Still don't have my item”

HI James, Many thanks for the review and I'm truly sorry for the delay in you receiving your paddle. This is the only part of the process we have no control over. We use DX as out delivery company and they have been very good, but do use a 3rd party delivery company to deliver to your location. As we communicated before dispatch, I spoke as length to the courier and they gave me an assurance BUT not a guarantee that the paddle should have been delivered to you Friday. Yes I know there are other couriers but we don't have accounts with them and as the paddle is out of normal dimensions, none of the couries that I've dealt with, for over 30 years give any guarantees for delivery to your location within a specific time frame. I have just done a quick quote with parcelhero from google and for a 2 day service (not guaranteed) the delivery costs were £65. We charged you £20. Once again please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in you receiving the paddle. Best regards Kevin

“I am very pleased with the quality and price of the purchases I made from NS Watersports, although the product delivery time was not as good as it could be. Standard Royal Mail delivery took 4 working days from when ordered. However 2 rival companies who I also ordered gear from both delivered within 1 working day by Royal Mail.”

HI David, Many thanks for your order and review. Firstly, please accept my sincerest apoloiges for the service you have received from our delivery company, the goods should have been delivered to you on friday. I have never known a customer to be asked to pay for a redelivery, this should always come to us first being the account holder, and they should at least attempt to deliver 2 or 3 times. Please let me give them a call tomorrow (Monday) when I can find out what is going on with your delivery and get back to you ASAP. “I bought the equipment about a week and a half ago.- LB781803327GB The package has not reached me yet I wanted to check if the shipment arrived in Israel. Currently, the shipment is not in our post office”

Hi Itamar Many thanks for your order and review. Many apologies for the delay. We have checked tracking and contacted Royal Mail and they have said the parcel is likely to be in Israel as there is a link to continue tracking but this is something we cannot access as this takes us to an Israel website. They have also said there may be a delay in going through the system in Israel, hence why its still showing as Leaving the UK on your tracking. We do state on our website that Parcels going overseas can take anywhere from 7-42 days to be delivered. At this moment in time, we cannot do anything as Royal Mail have stated the parcel isn't lost. We will check tracking and we hope that your parcel is delivered as soon as possible. Many Apologies once again Jess

“These guys know great customer service! Had a size issue and north shore got typhoon involved and within 3 days resolved. Would highly reccomend and buy from them again. Suit is perfect for my needs.”

HI Colin, Many thanks for the review. we always welcome any feedback. I'm truly sorry for the service you have received as its not up to the standard we expect. We have had a nightmare with the delivery from our supplier as the BA you ordered we had sold out last week, we re-ordered and it should have been here Wednesday and it finally arrived this morning (Friday). I will upgrade the delivery to a Saturday service for you, so you can still use for the BH weekend. The free delivery is on orders over £150 even on sale goods, EXCEPT for paddles over 1.50m as the courier triples the cost to us to £22 plus the VAT, and we pay a contribution towards this. It does stat this in the T&C's. The email to leave a review is automated, so apologies you have received this before the goods. Please once again accept my sincere apologies for the delay, the service you have received and any inconvenience this may have caused. Best regards Kevin
