“Thanks guys. Really quick turnaround with next day delivery a couple of days before Christmas very much appreciated. Also the recent manufacture date of the buoyancy aid was very welcome with some events requiring equipment be only a few years old it is surprising to find some retailers selling kit that is already 3 years or more old. Yours was late 2014 so we should get a full life out of it.”

“Great communication, arrived after two days of ordering,email sent on the day of delivery informing me of the delivery time, parcel arrived it the stated time. Would not hesitate to use again.”

“There was a great choice of gear and the prices were really competitive. It was really easy to find the things I wanted and the transaction was swift and hassle-free. I was kept informed of the package and was delighted with the speed and efficiency of the dispatch. Hi Duncan, thanks for the feedback, I do feel it's a little unfair, as I got the message on 5.30 on Friday the shop closes at 5pm, I was off Saturday and the shop is closed Sunday, so haven't had the opportunity to response till now, I sincerely apologize for the missing piece and have now popped it in the post to you, Please let me know if I can help with anything further. “My Canoe pole arrived within two days despite just opting for basic delivery. The pole appears sturdy and of good quality although I doubt that it would float if dropped in the water. Intially the two halves would not push together because of burring, looking at the package it would appear they were already burred before being shipped. This was easily rectified with a moment's filing. I look forward to trying to pole soon. I will quite likely use this site again.”
