Hi Deborah, HYN, Many thanks for your review, I'm sorry for the slight delay in you receiving your goods. You ordered the goods on 4.09pm on the 31/12, we couldn't post till the 4th Jan at the earliest due to the New Year and we were closed on the 4th. Hi Brenda, Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry you have received your item, the goods were posted out first class on Tuesday 15th December, I know the post office is struggling with the sheer amount of post due to the Pandemic and time of year, but we do sincerely apologise for the delay. I would expect you to receive tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. If it doesn't arrive please let me know. “Excellent delivery service but notification of estimated delivery dates may be beneficial . The dpd delivery person provided an excellent service in their attempted delivery leaving g notes on their return and then apologising for being late. Such personalised service. I must also praise my postman who also exceeded his role in delivering the package. The products are great too. postman.”

“Very happy with this company. I went to buy a helmet for kite surfing and found the price was the best around but inadvertently selected two and placed the order witout noticing. One quick phone call and they sorted it no problem. Helmet arrived next day well packaged and in good order. I would recommend this company”

“I am a buyer from Malaysia and time difference had make my communication a challenge. However, I am overwhelmed by the amount of support from the team and I was guided well from the beginning till delivery. As we encounter challenges along the way, the effort given by the company made it seamless and of course I am very please with the purchase as the result. Kevin was a gentleman and honor every words.
