“Brexit has made a lot of more complicated the shipment of my order out of UK but finally has arrived to Spain. I'd like to thank you the North shore Watersport sales manager for the follow up and efforts in doing possible the operation and in doing my experience on their shop a good one. And finally, the PFD looks perfect and was buyed to a very good price.”

“It was easy to see a good range of kayak gloves and pogies at NS Watersports. I went for Palm Descent Pogies and they arrived very promptly ahead of my son's birthday. Nice present for cold winter kayaking!”

You ordered the goods on 4.09pm on the 31/12, we couldn't post till the 4th Jan at the earliest due to the New Year and we were closed on the 4th. Hi Brenda, Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry you have received your item, the goods were posted out first class on Tuesday 15th December, I know the post office is struggling with the sheer amount of post due to the Pandemic and time of year, but we do sincerely apologise for the delay. “Excellent delivery service but notification of estimated delivery dates may be beneficial . The dpd delivery person provided an excellent service in their attempted delivery leaving g notes on their return and then apologising for being late. Such personalised service. I must also praise my postman who also exceeded his role in delivering the package. The products are great too. postman.”
