“I was looking to upgrade my kayak paddle but the more I looked, the more confused I got. One quick phone call to North Shore Watersports and problem solved. Very knowledgeable and their advice was spot on. I ordered a Werner Tybee CF paddle which arrived the next day. I was amazed at how much difference this paddle made to my kayaking experience, it was like having a new kayak, not just a new paddle. Extremely impressed, they will be my first choice from now on.”

“I ordered the GSI Outdoors Halulite Pressure Cooker from NS Watersports as it was the smallest one I could find anywhere online, and the price was really good. I was a little hesitant due to the Covid-19 restrictions but decided to go ahead anyway. Delivery was understandably a little longer than usual - so I was prepared to be patient! The reason for the high rating is that I think the customer support is superb. When I queried the delivery timescales, I received a reply back from Andy almost immediately. He was on it immediately, letting me know what was happening, and I had my item pretty much the next day. I would much prefer to buy from smaller retailers anyway and this level of support builds trust. I will bookmark this site and definitely use them again.”

Dispatching and deliveries are taking slightly longer than normal due to having less staff and having to follow all the new distancing procedures. We do try and get orders out as fast as possible, but do ask for a little more grace at this time. “I got the wrong drysuit. Have send a mail to you to get it change.But I did not got any answer. Therefore the rate Very Poor. Unfortunately a bad experience bying Kayakstuff on the Internet.”

HI Many thanks for your review and many apologies for sending you the incorrect item and the late response! We have emailed you explaining that we are trying to get hold of the supplier to find out if the original suit is available, as we can't find the one we are suppose to have, as my colleague accidently sent you the 2020 drysuit instead of the clearance 2019 suit. We have offered for you to keep the upgraded suit at no additional cost, but you would prefer the older suit. We tried contacting the supplier on numerous occasions by phone and email but as yet haven't had a response, as they are working on a very reduced staff due to the current situation. We will keep trying and will give you an update, as we would like to get this resolved ASAP. Please accept our sincere apologies once again for the service you have received. Best regards, Kevin
