“These folks were great to deal with. Very prompt dispatch, great communication (had a personal email from the Retail Manager to let me know my item had been sent) and the item made it across to the other side of the world in great shape. I will definitely be buying from them again. They have my highest recommendation.”

“Your service was excellent, ordering easy and goods arrived almost immediately. Product was not what I was after as I was looking for a dry bag to store a few clothes in at the beach, when the 3L was too small I wrongly assumed the 5L would do the job. But the 5L is a longer bag than the 3L and not a bag that is wider that I really wanted.”

“My order was dealt with promptly and I have used the kayak seat for the first time yesterday and it appears to be OK. I am a bit concerned about its durability and hope it will survive the rigours I put it through when normal kayaking”

“I'd left things a bit late to buy a 40th birthday present and even though in the end, due to delivery times beyond their control I could not buy from NS Watersports, I was offered a huge amount of very prompt assistance from Kevin, in fact some of the best customer service I've ever had. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend them.”

“Whilst I know this an excellent venue my review is regarding the purchase of a 'gift voucher' to give as a birthday present. I was asked to pay £2.00 delover y charge - excessive as this was delivered via Royal Mail was not heavy so a first class stamp would have covered it. Secondly the gift voucher /certificate is what I would describe as a compliments slip with a handwritten value on it. Does the job I realise but it would be nicer if it was presented better as this is for a present.”

“Website was very user friendly. One of the products I ordered was out of stock, I was contacted within hours, asking did I want to reselect or have a refund on this product. Goods arrived quickly. Excellent service, I will shop here again.”

“Excellent little salt n pepper shaker for the hills. Pity they charge for delivery £2 and took 4 days to come have a rethink NS. Got a 3 compartment since shaker from amazon free delivery and arrived in 2 days.”

HI Trevor. Many thanks for your review, I'm really sorry for late arrival of your goods. But this was out of our control, you ordered the goods at 7.25pm on a Saturday, we posted them at 11am on Monday morning first class post and TBH 99% of our goods arrive the next day. The only thing that is out of hands is the final delivery when we do rely on a 3rd Party.
