“Very happy. The only reason it's not 5 star is the fack they didn't have in stock 2 of the items I'd ordered. They will be posted as soon as they are in again. I've been kept up to date with everything and revived my order the next day. I will be using again without any doubt!!”

“Quick delivery and the right product arrived in good condition, however the packaging was poor and one of the two dry suits that I purchased (gents.) had no labels or information including guarantee card attached. Overall 8/10.. Thankyou”

Hi Donald, many thanks for your feedback we really appreciate it. I'm really sorry if you thought there was a delay in dispatching your goods, they were ordered at 7.10pm on a Friday evening and we dispatched them to you on lunchtime Monday, we don't have a postal collection over the weekend, so we dispatched as fast as possible to you. Hi Duncan, thanks for the feedback, I do feel it's a little unfair, as I got the message on 5.30 on Friday the shop closes at 5pm, I was off Saturday and the shop is closed Sunday, so haven't had the opportunity to response till now, I sincerely apologize for the missing piece and have now popped it in the post to you, Please let me know if I can help with anything further. “My Canoe pole arrived within two days despite just opting for basic delivery. The pole appears sturdy and of good quality although I doubt that it would float if dropped in the water. Intially the two halves would not push together because of burring, looking at the package it would appear they were already burred before being shipped. This was easily rectified with a moment's filing. I look forward to trying to pole soon. I will quite likely use this site again.”
