“The item I ordered was shown in stock but actually wasn't. NS watersports kindly gave me an upgrade with next day delivery. That was on Wednesday. On Friday I queried why it hadn't arrived. And it appeared it was out for delivery and then taken back to the base. No delivery until Monday. And on Sunday, I was asked for a review. So there you have it. I await delivery of a different item to that which I had ordered. Update. The paddle arrived on Monday. It's a beauty. Only loses a star because of the delivery Parcel Force was the carrier who let down North shore.”

“Brexit has made a lot of more complicated the shipment of my order out of UK but finally has arrived to Spain. I'd like to thank you the North shore Watersport sales manager for the follow up and efforts in doing possible the operation and in doing my experience on their shop a good one. And finally, the PFD looks perfect and was buyed to a very good price.”

“It was easy to see a good range of kayak gloves and pogies at NS Watersports. I went for Palm Descent Pogies and they arrived very promptly ahead of my son's birthday. Nice present for cold winter kayaking!”
