“We bought a light and unfortunately the light arrived damaged. The glass is chipped and therefore the integrity is compromised and the brass is dented. The company refuses un exchange or refund on the ground of the damage not being enough. I paid in the region of £250 this is so disappointing. Yes,their price it might be competitive but you have to hope that you have no problem with your purchase otherwise you will end up spending more. I would like to upload some photos so people can see for themselves.”
