“Eurolite Satin Stainless Steel Dimmer Switch 1 Gang (SSS1D400) state that they are suitable for LED but they are not. Found out at installation and was a few weeks too late to return. They are actually "leading edge halogen type dimmers and not trailing edge dimmers". The dimmers flare the LED lightbulb badly at one point on the dial. This is a case of old unsuitable stock having a modified paper description inserted. No good and no option to return or replace.”

“Purchased a light that was too heavy for the ceiling as did not mention the weight on the website. Advised I could send back the light and get a refund. Foolishly purchased another light from them pending the refund but told today they will not refund for various reasons in their T&Cs. £250 down the drain. Will never use this joke of company ever again.”
