“Very quick service at a good price. The company said they would advise me when the light was back in stock. They failed to do so but I saw it on their web site, therefore only 4 stars”

“Order arrived quickly and was Kept up to date with regards to delivery. I had a problem with my light being damaged (manufacturing fault) but correspondence from the company was very quick, I was kept informed and a replacement light sent out quickly. Excellent customer service.”

“Light was supplied with two tubular E27 bulbs that did not fit the light. The outer packaging said "REQUIRES TWO E27 GOLF BALL BULBS" but the website did not. According to their supplier the tubular bulbs should fit but they obviously do not (which is of concern in itself). Still waiting for Angela Rogers to respond to my email & send me bulbs that actually fit the light.”

“Item ordered not in stock but the email went to junk, which I didn't spot immediately. I phoned and a very sympathetic lady issued credit and asked me to reorder online and she would look out for my order and ensure there were no delays in processing. Item gratefully received a few days later.”

“The light fittings arrived promptly. They proved to be good quality and matched the pictures on the website. One fitting arrived with 3 pieces of glass broken. Now lighting were very helpful; they liaised with the manufacturer and we received replacements without any fuss. Thank you Alison for being so helpful.”
