“I ordered a light on 15th but it still hasn’t arrived on 31st Dec despite paying for it.I have sent 3 messages asking for an update on the order in the past 2 weeks but have had no response and there is no phone number to call?”

“Really worried - they took my money on the 8th December with promise of 3 to 5 days to dispatch the lantern. They emailed a copy of my paid invoice. Then nothing. No dispatch notification, no deliver, nor response to my many emails. No phone number to call. Are they still trading does anybody know?”

“Bought a pendant light fitting from another supplier but broke a shade on fitting . Had been trying to get a replacement for 2 months and gave up . Ordered same whole light fitting for £30 less than original and it came within a week . Expensive way of getting one shade but at least we have 3 spares and will not use original company again but may well use Now Ligting”

“Delivery method is totally inadequate, no contact to buyer to confirm delivery day, driver does not leave card, you have no idea the item has been out for delivery until you contact seller to ask where item is. At that point, the service from the customer service team, ie, Alison, is not helpful, just telling you it is out for delivery again on the day of the message so if you are at work, you miss it again. Very Poor Delivery service and Very Poor Customer Services. Will not recommend.”

“Not that easy to make contact with no telephone number on website.No update when light fitting would be delivered luckily we were here when it arrived. Light fitting was not as described and lamps were missing which after making contact were sent a few days later.”
