“I have never used this company before but I can fully recommend them. Ordered a centre light fitting which was out of stock at many places and was advertised at a much higher price. Now Lighting managed to send me my order very quickly. The light arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. We will not have the light fitted until after the lockdown but I think it will look great in our lounge. Wish we had ordered the wall lights to go with the centre light from them also. Ordered those from another company called Direct Trade Supplies who advertised them as being in stock but in turns out that they are waiting for the order from the manufacturer and they will not be available until the end of March! Well done Now Lighting - keep up to the good work!”

“The units I bought were lovely - really in that Tiffany/art deco/ cool New York style. The shades are made of art glass held together with foil and soldering. I got them within 4 days of ordering. So pleased. I tried buying a similar product direct from China. It took almost two months to come - broken! They wanted me to pay for shipping the broken unit back to them. They would refund but not the original shipping to UK. It would have taken a further almost two months to get a replacement shipped. Don't buy direct from China....”

“Clear communication by the seller, including contacting us to check on a postcode anomaly before shipping. The light fitting arrived in good time and well packed to ensure it wasn’t damaged in transit. I’m really pleased with the look and quality of the light, and the clear instructions for fitting it. Would buy from Now Lighting again.”

“Paid for 3 wall with 2 to 4 day delivery. After nothing for 7 days sent email to ask for update No responce. Paid with Paypal asked for refund 22 days later still waiting.”

“Placed order 2 weeks ago and still not had the light delivered. Have called and just goes to automated telephone message and sent email also and no response. I had no email either to say when being delivered or even if its dispatched. Not sure what to do as they have my money and can't get hold of anyone...terrible service do not recommend!”

“The Nanna desk lamp is lovely. Very stylish and it looks more expensive than it was. The delivery service was excellent - it arrived very quickly even though I ordered it just before Christmas. I'd definitely use Now Lighting again.”
