“The purchasing process was simple and easy, the prices were fair and the delivery was good. The only thing I'd suggest is to include more details and photos on the website. The wall light we bought was incredibly difficult to install due to the screw holes being way too close to the edge of the base (and, therefore, the wall), plus the base itself was very small too, which also made it difficult to fit all the cables inside. I appreciate this is an issue with the product and not the store though - the ceiling lights we bought in the same order were stunning. I still recommend the website as a great option to find good-value products.”

“Really like our lights. However the photo is misleading, the bottom pointed part of the lights does not come with the lights. It is just rounded at the bottom and doesn't look as good as the photos unfortunately”

“I was very happy with the order process and the speedy delivery of the light (Kichler Ashland Bay Weathered Zinc Pendant), however, whilst I like the design of the light, sadly I do not feel its quality is worth the £109.86 price tag.”

“The product is great but company communications is very poor. I received several messages including from DPD saying your handkes4u delivery will be delivered xxx. But I had not ordered anything from handles4u. Turns out now lighting are also handled4u. Very confusing. I nearly missed delivery because I thought it was wrong and not for me.”
