“Web site experience and product all good unfortunately let down by a delay on delivery side by 24 hours which was down to the carrier, if not would have been 5 star!”

Thank you for your feedback it really does help. We do understand how disappointed you are that we are no longer able to offer engraving for single padlocks. Due to the setup of the machinery, our locksmith reluctantly had to put a minimum quantity of 20 units in place. I am pleased we were still able to supply your brass padlock and hope you were able to achieve the engraving locally.

“I ordered a padlock unfortunately the wrong one arrived. However a quick call and it was corrected and another correct padlock was sent out. Both padlocks were delivered very quickly.”

Sadly, the current ongoing postal strike is affecting the great postal service we are normally able to offer. Although we have the option to track parcels on the courier service, we offer the untrackable postal option to help keep the customers' delivery charges as low as possible. Thank you for your feedback, it really helps. Many combination padlocks with base dials tend to have smaller digits and this can be difficult for those with poorer eyesight. Should you need to purchase another combination padlock in the future then please feel free to give us a call first and we can talk through the options of those combinations with larger numbers.

Thank you for your feedback on the combination padlock, it really helps. The padlocks with the dials on the bottom do tend to have smaller wheels as space is restricted. Those with the dials on the side or front often have slightly larger numbers which are easier to see. “Dear Sirs, I asked for suites keys and they were but I meant suited keys that I have had historically in the past! All my historical padlocks I have purchased from yourselves could be opened with 1 key”

Thank you for your feedback. We are able to match previous key codes of that same type and size of padlock. We keep a record of previous key codes supplied and I can see over the years you have added to your high security set of padlocks on a number of occasions. The weatherproof padlocks you recently purchased cannot be accessed with the same key system. Although we were able to match the padlocks across your latest order, we were not able to match them to your high security padlocks. I apologise if this was what you intended. If you need to make any amendments then please contact me and we can discuss this further.
