“We ordered two padlocks, one seemed to be faulty so we went through through their returns procedure, and it was replaced very quickly and efficiently with no fuss at all, and the locks are superb, for this reason we give top marks for this company and highly recommend them! Thank you Nothing but Padlocks! 😃”

We expect high quality from our products but we know occasionally things do not work as we expect. These marine combination padlocks are robust and issues are rare. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put this right for you and send you a replacement padlock.

“I was impressed with first the help I got on the chat line and then a telephone conversation with the technical help. By getting a replacement lock with same key as ones we bought two years ago prevented us having to buy a new lock with 50 keys for a side gate at our allotments I would certainly recommend Nothing but Padlocks to friends and family.
