“I made an order when they were closed, later realised I needed to change the order. Sent an email asking to hold the order until I called when open. Called next day, order had been held as requested, change made and processed. Goods received 24hrs later. Great company to buy from, staff v helpful. Thanks”

“Ordered a couple of small Abus padlocks with matching keys. They arrived next day, but one was damaged (crushed by the courier) in transit. Nothing But Padlocks response when I called them was very supportive, and their resolution was immediate and excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Nothing But Padlocks again.”
