“Our allotment society needed high security locks following a number of break-ins. Nothing But Padlocks (NBP) helped us purchase the right lock and keys for our needs rapidly and so far no more break-ins. I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service particularly when we needed additional keys and we wouldn't hesitate to use NBP again.”

“What a great service with quality products at a sensible price - rare indeed! Before discovering NothinButPadlocks getting all the keys and padlocks for the Scout HQ was a very laborious task. Now its just a case of a few minutes at the keyboard and I can reorder new keys for existing padlocks and new padlocks for existing keys - easy! p.s I think you could do well out of the Scouts in general if the website had a better way of storing and retrieving info about the locks and keys we have ordered in the past. Currently it is a leap of faith that at some point during the new key ordering process you will ask for the key number! Even then, one has to know that one writes the key number in the notes section. Responsibility for providing keys changes as leaders come and go but if you provided the one stop solution then one could just hand over the password and hey presto, problem solved! “I bought two marine combination padlocks. One failed after a few weeks but N.B.P asked me to return the faulty unit ( I had to saw it off) and they would replace it and return my postage. It was replaced but I'm still waiting for the postage! The replacement failed after about a month, but I tried different variants of the set code. I put each number, one at a time, one number higher, and then one number lower. My set code was 2658. By putting in 2758 the lock opened, so I simply reset the code back to 2658 and it is working OK several weeks later.”

Michael, this should have been done if there was record of the postage cost. Can you remember what it was and we'll refund it asap.

“Nothing But Padlocks have an extensive range of specialist padlocks which makes finding the right padlock for the job more easier than trawling round local iron-mongers. I had a need for a high quality waterproof padlock and on another occasion a small padlock for a locker. Their website is easy to use and find the right padlock for the job. A recommended website for anybody looking for just padlocks.”

“Having placed multiple orders over a couple of years I find that the processing & delivery is prompt & efficient. Reaction to problems is nothing but excellent. Also, I like the delivery agent which gives email notice of delivery time slot. Only issue is that invoice accompanying delivery does not advise of any shortage or reduced quantity, but missing quantity is always shipped later with a following free delivery.”
