“We recently had an attempted break-in on an empty building. Turns out the 6 padlocks were cheap rubbish. I have never had to buy secure padlocks before and found Nothing but padlocks perfect for what I needed - they explained the ins and outs of different types of lock, insurance approval, keyed alike, etc. I ordered my two sets of locks, they arrived within a few days, I now have a secure building and my key rings are hugely simpler!!! Thank you.”

“Great company to deal with. We had an issue with setting combination correctly on original padlock, and they very kindly sent a repalcement by return, which meant our local village players could still access the tennis court over the bank holiday weekend. Special thanks to Miranda!”

Thank you, I am pleased we could help you with the technical issue you had during the initial set up of your combination padlock. The replacement allowed you to still secure the tennis court over the busy bank holiday weekend. Although occasionally mechanical items do not behave in the manner they should do, we felt it was important to sort this issue as soon as possible. We can then investigate the original padlock once it comes back to us as we like to know why things do not always work they way we expect. Thank you for your lovely positivie feedback on the way we dealt with this.
