“I wanted a padlock that I could use on an outdoor building. One that is robust in the weather and strong. The padlock arrived quickly, it seems well made and has a heavy build feel to it. Let's see what it's like after a year but so far I am very impressed.”

Thank you for your great feedback. This marine combination padlock is ideal for use outside in all weathers. As with anything mechanical, it will benefit from lubrication (not WD40) to keep it at it's best. Enjoy using your new padlock.

“Purchased a combination padlock which I had an issue setting up. Returned the item as I was not sure if I had caused the issue or if the padlock was faulty. It was inconclusive, but I was sent a replacement. That's excellent service.”

We take any issues seriously and if the product was faulty then we would have been able to replace it for you under the warranty guarantee. Alternatively, if this was because the padlock was not as you had expected then we would have been able to refund the product on its return to us.
