“I am very happy with the way my order was process.The padlock i bought was too a high standard.my first order i did canceldue to my ordering a padlock which was not waterproof etc, the company refunded my money straight back to me .so i place a second order for the right padlock for me. 10/10”

“Recently I purchased an identical heavy duty combination padlock from Nothing But Padlocks to one bought a couple of years ago. Last time there was a problem with the padlock after a couple of weeks and the company replaced it immediately without any fuss whatsoever. Their customer service last time left me in no doubt about where to go this time around.. Their advice over lubricants is excellent.”

“Bought two same key padlocks in late 2016. Almost two years later wanted another padlock with same key. I could not find the lock so emailed the co late st night. Reply by 8am the following morning with link and instructions for getting same key lock. Lock arrived early morning the following day. Great service. Price was my reason for choosing them originally but now it’s both service and price.”
