“I accidentally ordered the wrong size padlocks but the team couldnt have been more helpful, reccomended exactly what I needed instead and arranged for new order and speedy return. Had everything in stock, and best value padlocks I could fine (And just as fast delivery as amazon)”

“Service from your Company was excellent, but let down by your carriers. I paid for 'next day' delivery and, after receiving delivery notification from the carriers, took the day off only to get a message on the day telling me that it wasn't coming until the following day. A waste of my time and money.”

“I wanted three padlocks with identical keys for a very tight installation and these were the only units I found on the Net that fitted. Several suppliers offered these padlocks but all but "NBP" only had them on back order. NBP dispatched immediately when I placed my order on them and the padlocks arrived 2 days later. Splendid!”
