“I found the website a little difficult to use as it was not easy to find the specific sizes of padlock I required within the listing for the brand/type of padlock. However I called to ask for help and the person to whom I spoke very patiently talked me through the navigation on the site to find the required sizes. The ordering process was then very easy and the padlocks arrived within 2 working days. I am very happy with my purchase and with the helpful customer service.”

“Second order with these people. Both orders Locks arrived day after. Well packaged. First order 1 lock faulty; a quick phone call and lock was replaced the day after. Brilliant service; staff extremely helpful and courteous. Definitely recommend.”

“A totally positive experience. I've been a customer for about 5 years now, they supplied the insurance grade padlocks we use at work and have since resupplied keys on several occasions as our staff has expanded. “I purchased 2 paddocks to secure my paddock gates. They arrived very quickly and are good solid locks. I use them at least twice a day and have found them very easy to unlock and click closed again. Very good product.”

“I initially went to Noting But Padlocks as I assumed a company specialising in just one product would be the experts in their field, and I certainly wasn't wrong. I needed a set of seven, high security padlocks, all keyed alike, quickly. They delivered, simple as that. I also have the reassurance that if I need more locks or keys, they can provide them to fit the group I already have. Very pleased, will recommend everywhere I can.”

“Good communication. One item wasn't in stock, They called me straight away to let me know and to tell me that it would be back in stock within a couple of days. Without request they also refunded 50% of the carriage charge by wa of compensation... I don't feel that they had to do this as they fulfilled my order within the week Great service.”
