“Excellent customer service. Personnel that know their products. and fast delivery. On my initial order the products was not delivered/lost. One phone call to the customer service team and all was sorted in a quick and efficient manner and my order was sorted.”

“Great customer service and great products. I have bought several large high security combination locks which leave the competition standing and high street versions can't come close! When one developed a fault several months after purchase, I ordered a replacement, sent photos of the damage, returned the faculty lock for a full refund No quibbles, no chasing, superb!”

“yet again great service and expert advice, great range and competitive price delivery was prompt. our rugby club bought the keyed alike padlocks best thing we did saves money on different keys for people and easy to get a new padlock if somebody loses one as does happen”

“I was pleased with the quick turnaround time from point of sale to the delivery of the padlock that I ordered. I ordered about 70 keys to come with the padlock and I haven't received any complaints about keys not working. We have since placed a further order for more keys for the same padlock, and again, these have all worked fine. I'll be using Nothing But Padlocks again when I need to purchase a new padlock with multiple keys.”

“I was asked to write a comment by Nothing But Padlocks but not a lot to say delivery on time I have spent over £1k on keyed alike padlocks quantities ok items as specified all fully packaged slight issue on the billing as I ordered more than the cut off point and the outstanding items were sent the next day ( I did order 100+) but the cost for the additional items was for 1 off prices. Was told they would sort it but I have not chased it Very good company Im aiming at another £1k of orders Kevin Hann 11kV Limited”
