“Great site , easy to understand. I had searched for eighteen months to find a padlock for a tall wrought iron gate without success and purchased a couple that didn't fit. “I bought a new padlock because I had had oil stolen from me in the past. It was suggested to me that I had my tank covered over so sorry could get at it. Therefore I got a padlock for it which only I could open when oil was delivered. Obviously, I wanted a good one, so I knew where to go.”

“Padlocks exactly as ordered & required Delivery not quite as good your paperwork says must be signed for DPD paperwork the same Delivery times were 17.00 - 18.00 just left in the porch not even rang the bell a little dissaponted.”

Thank you for your feedback it really helps us. We dispatched your parcel on the before 5pm service and I am sorry that it was delivered after 5pm and I hope this did not delay you. I am pleased we were still able to deliver you parcel on the next day service but understand the delivery time was not as expected. DPD were exceptionally busy with the pending postal strike the following day so this may have had a knock on effect to your delivery times. I am pleased you loved your combination padlocks.
