Additionally we work closely with the Police and insurance industry to help write White Papers and advice documents to ensure standards are upheld and easily understood.

“Thank goodness for such a straightforward company to deal with. In a life that seems increasingly complicated, this company was delightfully simple to work with. The website is easy to navigate and see what you're buying, the descriptions are excellent. They exceeded their service level by delivering a day earlier than they'd said. “Absolutely brilliant service! I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady as I needed a new (one of 3) padlock for our beach hut. It had lasted 10 years! They were able to key match the new one to our other two. It arrived the next day. Thoroughly reccommend.”

“the website is informative but I wanted to discuss the best padlock for my needs. However, I was unable to speak with anyone as all the advisors were engaged and my call was not returned even though I left details twice. Poor customer service indeed.”

“The staff were very helpful. I had an issue with a delivery delay and it would have been nice to be advised of the reason for the delay rather than have to call but when I did call I got the best customer service. The issue that caused the delay was outside their control so I understood. I just feel it would be helpful to be a little more proactive in advising customers if there is a delay.”
