“Unfortunately I received a faulty lock. After an initial customer service hiccup the team at Nothing But Padlocks were very quick to put things right and apologise. This is a good company who are clearly trying to the do the right thing for their customers and hence I've changed my review from negative to positive. I'd recommend them.”

“I bought the Abus Keyed Alike High Security Granit Plus Padlocks from Nothing But Padlocks in 2011. It was for the gate to our large and busy allotment site. Previously we were having to buy a new padlock and 100+ keys once or twice a year. The Abus lock has been good and Nothing But Padlocks have given us excellent after sales service and arranged for one padlock to be serviced by Abus free of charge. Highly recommend. Margaret”

“This is about the third time that I have ordered a padlock - every time I am impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service that the company provides. This time I needed a combination padlock suitable for a locker - they had the very thing that I was looking for at a good price. Even better, the product description explained that the company had worked with the manufacturer to design a combination lock difficult to force open and the website included useful guidance regarding type of locker and choice of padlock.”

“First time ordering from this company and have been very impressed with the online communication and delivery service. The padlocks ordered were of very good quality ABUS 701B/45HB63 with a long shackle weatherproof shank with a 10m rating. Should last for years. Would return to order if needed other locks to purchase, so would highly recommend.”

“Bought a couple of Abus weatherproof padlocks to secure two gates onto a beach, so I needed ones which were sturdy and weatherproof. The website made it easy to select the ones I needed - informative and easy to use. The prices were very fair and the delivery quick and well managed. Overall an excellent service which I will not hesitate to use again.”
