Thank you very much. Orders are normally sent as a complete shipment but very occasionally we split them to minimise the delay in receiving your parcel. Whenever this happens we like to contact you to let you know. I am please we were able to get both parts to you nice and quickly.

“I bought a 65mm combination padlock for the main gate. It is a far superior build than ones we had bought before from another supplier, which seemed to break every month. Only one small niggle I have. It could be easy to change the combination as the default number is 00000. Possibly give this a random number so the buyer is the only person to be able to change the combination.”

Thank you for your review. To give you peace of mind the default number of 00000 is only applicable when you first get the padlock. Once you have set your own code then only those who have access to the code are able to change it. It cannot simply be put back to the default number to then change the code. I hope this helps and enjoy using your combination padlock.

“Great product knowledge and advice. We are a fishjing club changing our lock system which meant we needed locks that worked were in severe weather but were being used by all ages and abilities. No quibble with a replacement when one of the locks went wrong. Very quick delivery whenever spares are needed .”
