“I ordered 2 high security padlocks that I am very happy with. I first phoned to talk to a real person for advice and was very warmly dealt with. I have since had cause to phone the office again as one of the spare keys I ordered did not work- however this issue was dealt with most efficiently. I am a happy customer.”
