“Unfortunately I received a faulty lock. After an initial customer service hiccup the team at Nothing But Padlocks were very quick to put things right and apologise. This is a good company who are clearly trying to the do the right thing for their customers and hence I've changed my review from negative to positive. I'd recommend them.”

“10 Padlocks, all keyed, the same ordered by email Thursday, I made a mistake on the order which effectively took one day to correct and it was delivered before 10:00 on Monday, exactly as ordered. What's to complain about that? In UK in 2016 not very much I would suggest I will use them again and anyone who seeks my opinion will be told to try them first.”

“Wanted to order some more keyed alike locks to ones we already use on our site. spoke to a customer support agent who was very helpful and confirmed they had them in stock and suggested it was easier to order online. This worked OK and the correct locks were delivered with the same key number. The only negative was that although I put a separate delivery address from my cardholder address this didn't seem to update. Having said that they were delivered to my home address the next day and although I wasn't in a card was left and I arranged to pick up from a local collection point (Halfords in Chester). I picked up the order from there which worked very well. I will use nothing but padlocks again in the future.”

“Chose keyed alike weatherproof Abus locks (40mm) to secure two sheds and the back gate in the garden. Although its early days to judge the longevity as the locks have only been in place a few days, so far they are coping well with the external conditions in January. The web site was easy to use, informative and guided a 'duffer' through the selection process with ease, the company good at communicating the order's progress, the delivery made as scheduled and the goods were well packed and fulfilled the description. Only slight down side was that all those positives proved a bit costly. Thanks Nothingbut ... Job well done!”

“There was an initial mixup caused by me ordering the wrong items and having to return them for replacement. However I then had to send 2 emails to confirm that the refund had been processed and that the replacements were being actioned. Having said that, the company then pulled the stops out and substituted a next-day delivery at no extra cost instead of the basic charge I had originally opted for.”

“Order dealt with pompty and entirely satifactory. Wish I'd realised that when ordering key-alike locks, 2 key *per lock* are provided. I misunderstood that it was 2 per order, so ordered 2 extra keys unnecessarily. For 4 locks I now have 10 identical keys!”

“I ordered a Marine padlock and wanted extra keys, so I ordered a uniquely keyed ABUS lock and 4 extra keys. What there website failed to point out is that they can't supply extra keys for uniquely keyed padlocks. So their admin decided to send me two padlocks, a uniquely keyed one with 2 keys, and a common keyed one with 4 keys. The company has sorted the error with the extra lock and only 2 extra keys, leaving me to go source some keys myself. Their excuse is though they are a padlock specialist, they don't actually cut keys, which I find very strange indeed.”

Hi Sarah, I think there must be some confusion here since we are more than capable of cutting keys but not the unique restricted types which are registered with the manufacturer. I think there was confusion over your not left on the order which said " Unique keyed with total 6 keys". Anyhow I can see it has been sorted now and apologise for the confusion. “Arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered. A lot more expensive than the last ones I bought 2 years ago though! Nothing but Padlocks have asked me to revise my review so I have added more detail. Initially I returned to the original site that I bought some padlocks from 18 months ago "Discount Locks", this redirected my to "Nothing but Locks" When I tried to buy a padlock from this site it redirected me to "Nothing but Padlocks." On this basis I have to assume that the 3 sites are linked hence my comments as the locks I recently purchases were 30% more expensive than March 2014”
