“Hi Bought a marine grade padlock with numbers Followed the instructions to set a new code and and the padlock immediately froze and will not budge. Spent a number of hours trolling the web for a solution but failed. It struck me that the number “cogs” are very loose and have numerous fine positions against each number marking. Could never trust it. Have returned it to Nothing but Padlocks for a refund The return service was excellent with a full refund confirmed by return email. Well done Nothing but Padlocks for great customer service”

“We called wanting to know if the keyed alike padlocks could be purchased in a smaller size. Spoke with someone on the phone who was really helpful. Turns out they are compatable. We took the 'KA' number off our previous order and the new smaller lock arrived the following day - perfectly compatable with our existing keys that the team have. Excellent service. Thank you.”
