“Brilliant service! Miranda called me after I placed the order online to let me know that the extra keys I had ordered for the padlock were not compatible. During the conversation she also realised that the new lock and keys would be made to the same pattern as a previous lock I had ordered which in this case, I did not want. All sorted, the keys turned up the next day and the lock the day after.”

Thank you for your lovely reveiw. Given the conversation, it was discovered that you needed to change the security keys even though you were having more of the same padlocks. This was easily resolved and the right key type was able to be added. I am pleased we were able to sort this all out for out without too much of a delay. Thank you.
