“A good product in terms of the ability to get a load of locks, not necessarily all the same size, but all with the same key. Prompt delivery. The only thing wrong was that the system seems reluctant to process this review!”

“I was very happy with the online service from Nothing But Padlocks. I needed two identical locks to secure a car roof box, and had no idea what my options were. Their website had loads of choice - different materials, waterproof etc. - but really easily broken down into categories with clear advice on why this or that lock might be best. It was easy to compare options and prices, and there was no sense that I was being pressured to buy any particular product - it felt like the sort of advice you'd get in an old-fashioned hardware shop. In the end I found what I needed, online payment was simple and the locks arrived quickly, and are just right for the job.”

You have made our Technical Director very happy. He has a lot of input into how our website comes across to our customers and it is nice to see this hard work comes across. We think it is important to give you the information you need to help you select the right padlock for what you need. We never look to pressure anyone to a particular product and we have been known to steer a customer away from the 'more costly' product if it is just not right for what you want. For us we would rather you got the right one then simply get the sale. Thank you for your lovely comments as this means we are giving you the kind of customer service we aim for.

“The service is fast and efficient. The website easy to use and reasonably clear. The lock is as described in size and no doubt spec. One minor issue is that I thought I was buying two locks when in fact it was only one. I may be old but still not that easily confused so it needs to be slightly clearer exactly what one is paying for.”

“Excellent choice of high quality products. I have purchased replacement outdoor padlocks and it was good to have the option of same key/different key for those. The combination locks in multiple colours were an excellent choice for my children's school lockers. Delivery was speedy. The website is easy to use. I used this company rather than buy from Amazon etc because I felt that if there was a problem, it would be sorted out quickly and without fuss by this company.”

I bet having a choice of colour for the school locker went down well too.
