“Very good, fast dispatch. No issues. The padlocks themselves seem good quality and well made but I guess time will tell as to whether they will withstand the elements.”

“Received the three combination padlocks quickly, well packaged. These marine quality ones are the only ones that have proved to be reliable and weather resistant in the extreme coastal position at this site. I have bought them from this company before.”

“I ordered 3 combination padlocks which arrived next day, as promised. Sadly I ordered the wrong size so was forced to return them, which was an easy process, obtaining a return note from their website. Refund was processed immediately, which is highly unusual. I will definitely be ordering the correct size locks, and would unreservedly recommend Nothing But for anyone’s padlock needs.”

“I ordered on 02/04/23 and I still haven’t even received an email that my order has been dispatched! Sent 2 emails to them but no reply. I will also wait next week and if I don’t receive the products, I will fight for a refund.”

Thank you for your emails regarding your order. Although we answered each of them promptly, I am sorry that it appears you were not receiving them. As soon as you placed your order, we tried to contact you to advise that you had ordered a restricted product, which carried a minimum order quantity of 20 units, as outlined on the webpage. Unfortunately, this meant we were not able to supply you with the single padlock. As we could not get in touch with you, we fully refunded your order. I was pleased to be able to explain this to you when we managed to make contact.

“This was a good supplier who seem to be an expert in their field. we required a long hasp lock to secure the bolt on a pedestrian gate and the supplied lock just fits securely around one of the decorative features on the gate and through the eye of the bolt.”
